Payment Options
Once you have talked to our financial coordinator about cosmetic dentistry prices, you may want to inquire about the payment options available to patients. Our goal is to help you make comfortable financial arrangement so that you can begin the necessary treatment.
Major credit cards
Pre-payment in full 5% courtesy:
A pre-payment courtesy of 5% will be subtracted from the total obligation if the entire treatment plan is paid in full with cash or credit card before the start of the treatment.
½ down payment and ½ prior to completion:
With this option, after an initial payment of 50%, you will make equal payments at each other visits over the treatment time

Understanding Dental plans
Patients should understand their insurance plan. There are so many different dental plans that it's not possible for your doctor to know the specific details of each plan. If you are still having trouble understanding all the details, bring your booklet, our financial coordinator will gladly help you knowing and understanding your dental insurance plan and in doubt or in need, a written estimate will be sent.
Dental Claims: online or using a paper form
If you are eligible, our clinic can electronically transmit all data relating to your insurance claims. This system automatically verifies eligibility, coverage amounts, and expedites reimbursement to the covered member or dentist. If the benefits are payable to the dentist, you will only be responsible for the un-covered portions of the fees, otherwise you are responsible for the entire treatment.
For patients that are non-participant to electronic transmission, a paper form will be mailed in order to claim all dental expenses. In this case, patients are also responsible for the entire treatment.
